Research On Innovation Of Urban Community Governance In The New Era

The innovation of community governance in Wuhan is one of the typical innovations of community governance in China,which has high theoretical and practical value for the study of community governance.Before implementing the innovation of community governance,Wuhan faced with the situation of decentralization of the main body of community governance and self-governing;inadequate and inadequate implementation of community grass-roots party building;imperfect function of community service,lack of community governance resources;lagging behind of community cultural construction and lack of community spirit.But at the same time,Wuhan also has the basis of implementing community governance innovation.At present,the State encourages community governance innovation.With the rapid economic development of Wuhan,there are many first-class universities and young high-quality creative talents.Some communities in Wuhan have already begun to explore how to better solve community problems and implement community governance.The innovation of community governance in Wuhan is the need of resolving the predicament of community governance,strengthening and innovating the work of grass-roots party building in the new era,and has a comprehensive and solid foundation.The innovation of community governance in Wuhan is mainly embodied in leading the innovation of community governance through grass-roots party building.The Red Engine Project is one of the important projects,but not only this,but also the integration of grass-roots government,community organizations and grass-roots society.The innovation of community governance in Wuhan has achieved great results,but there are still many problems.The diversity of community governance subjects means that it is difficult to balance the interests of all parties;community governance is a relatively new concept,the governance consciousness and ability of governance subjects may be inadequate;the talent incentive system is not perfect,the profession lacks attraction;the governance resources are scarce and the utilization efficiency is low.Although many problems have not been solved satisfactorily,they can also provide useful experience for other urban community governance: giving full play to the leading role of grass-roots party organizations in community governance is very important for innovation of community governance;secondly,paying attention to the comprehensive and systematic nature of community governance;grasping the vanguard and exemplary role of community party organization construction and Secretary of community party organization;and the Ministry of Government.The door is highly devoted and attached great importance to;mobilize mass education and encourage self-management.Based on the research and analysis of the innovation of community governance in Wuhan,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the innovation of urban community governance in China: optimizing the leadership of the Party committee,the leadership of the Party is the core of community governance;strengthening the responsibility of the government,the government should assume the responsibility of overall coordination and service;strengthening social coordination,and the goal of community governance is to realize "running society by society".Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the work of community governance.Cooperate with the main bodies of social governance;encourage public participation,the community is the public community,community governance is essentially the governance of people,so we need to strengthen public participation;strengthen the incubation and construction of community social organizations.
