The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China has put forward a specific requirement of building innovative country fleetly.Building innovative country needs to train thinking independence from childhood,including a good number of migrant children.With an increased number of migrant children,education has led to a pressing problem,whether school education or family education are hard to be satisfied.Due to the limitations of various subjective and objective reasons,the developmental need of cultivating the thinking independence of migrant children is often ignored or even ignored.Migrant children are easily influenced by others when they face some things,and they are often afraid to put forward their own opinions and propositions.They are also afraid to refute and insist on their own choices when they are questioned,which shows that migrant children have a lack of thinking independence.At present,there are few studies on the cultivation of the thinking independence of migrant children in the academic circle,and even fewer studies and practical activities on the cultivation of the thinking independence of migrant children from the perspective of social work.Therefore,this article take the migrant children who from Shen Zhen Y community as a research study.Combining literature research and field studies of research method and combining with practice under the guidance of social learning theory and group dynamics theory.And then,taking advantage of a group of team work in the application of migrant children independence thinking training.Therefore,this article emphasizes on the independence of floating children.Through the preliminary questionnaire survey to understand the overall condition of floating children in terms of thinking their independence.Then according to the online combination of recruiting teams,adding the combined research methods of literature research and field research with self-judgment,and self-determination.Based on the four dimensions group intervention for intervention,throughout the course of the in group activities and group work method in the cultivation of the floating children independence thinking results.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the research background and problems,sorts out the relevant literature at home and abroad,and carries out the research design.The second part is the basic situation of the case study.The third part describes the specific utilization of group work in independence of thinking of floating children.First,recruit and design the case;next,discuss the detail of process;lastly,evaluate performance of the group.The fourth part is the reflection of the group work on the thinking cultivation of the independence of migrant children.Thinking about the advantages and disadvantages of the group,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The fifth part is the conclusion,Studies have found that migrant children in community Y are weak in self-judgment,self-determination,self-planning and self-persistence.In general,migrant children have little awareness of cultivating their independence.Their families,schools and communities pay little attention to their make development through the independent thinking,This shows that the developmental group model has certain feasibility and advantages in the cultivation of the thinking independence of migrant children.Independent planning and independent choice of ability training to improve its development in the future by personal self-esteem,self-confidence and sense of personal worth and have a certain innovation consciousness and creative thinking.But at the same time,due to the absence of internal and external factors,the time of the work is limited,resulting in insufficient service effects.The awareness of family,school and community training is weak,the training lacks continuity and the way of service intervention is simple Finally,the following suggestions are put forward for the existing shortcomings: first,to extend the follow-up period of the work,strengthen and consolidate the results already achieved;The second is to increase publicity and counseling,build a systematic service system;The third is to adopt the integrated social work intervention mode and promote the diversified development of services.
