Under the background of high economic exchanges among countries,the development of logistics industry in our country has become increasingly globalized.In recent years,the scale of e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce business supported by computer technology has rapidly expanded.The logistics industry in our country has gradually expanded to a huge overseas market.Now,China's logistics industry has become a complex industry that integrates multiple industries,and the structure of the logistics market has become increasingly complex.However,the development of China's logistics legal system is very slow.The current logistics laws and regulations do not rationalize the organic links between the different logistics regulations,nor do they form a professional logistics legal service platform,so it is difficult to promote the development of the logistics industry.However,the development of logistics industry in China is in urgent need of the support of logistics legal system.Firstly,this paper makes clear the development of logistics industry and legal issues,the research review of logistics legislation at home and abroad,the research problems of this article and the structure of the discussion,and gives a brief overview of this article.Then,from the development history of logistics industry in China,this paper introduces the development process of logistics industry in China,the current development situation of logistics industry and the actual legal problems faced by logistics industry in China,and discusses the concept,characteristics and function of logistics law.At the same time,it simply combs the basic constitution of logistics legal system in China and analyzes the urgent need of logistics legal system in China.Through the study of the above contents,the author analyzes the shortcomings of logistics laws and regulations,such as the low effectiveness of logistics laws and regulations,the lack of logistics laws and regulations,and the imbalance of logistics legislation under the current situation.In view of the current contradiction between the inadequacy of China's logistics legal system and the urgent need for logistics legal support for the development of the logistics industry,the author examines the logistics legal system of the United States,the United Kingdom,and Japan at different stages of development of the logistics industry based on their basic national conditions.Through the comparison and analysis with the above three countries 'logistics legislation,it points out the inspiration to our country's logistics legislation.Finally,based on the above studies,the author puts forward four suggestions for improvement,namely,legislative suggestions on practical issues,general suggestions on improving the logistics legal system,suggestions on legislative methods and suggestions on the legislative concept of the Logistics Law.In order to promote the improvement of the logistics legal system in China,it provides strong legal support for the development of the logistics industry.In this paper,the methods of literature research,history research,inductivededuction and comparative study are used.Firstly,this paper studies the historical development of logistics industry in China by means of historical research,studies the development of logistics industry in China and the rule of law of logistics in China by means of literature research,and studies the actual legal security problems facing logistics industry in China by means of empirical analysis.Through the comprehensive use of research methods,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current logistics legal system in China,and compares the logistics legal system of developed countries through comparative research methods to use foreign logistics laws and regulations to improve China's logistics legal system.Based on the actual situation of China's logistics industry development,this paper puts forward the actual legal security problems facing China's logistics industry and collates the basic components of China's logistics legal system.From the development of logistics industry and the overall grasp of logistics rule of law in our country,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of logistics legal system in our country,and investigates the inspiration of foreign logistics legal system to our country's logistics legislation.Through constantly analyzing and studying the current logistics legal system,we seek to perfect the feasible path of our logistics legal system from the legislative level,in order to make a small contribution to the perfection of our logistics legal system.
