Township governments are the most basic administrative organs in China.They are the link for the Party and the government directly contacting the masses,and the Bridgehead for the Implementation of Rural Policies.Township civil servants are the front-line propagandists and performers of the Party's guidelines and policies,and the spearheads of comprehensively deepening reform.They directly provide public services to the masses and bear the heavy task of enhancing Party-mass relations,developing and stabilizing the country.The quality of their services is directly related to the implementation of various policies,and the image and credibility of the Party and the government among the masses.Since the 18 th national congress of the Communist Party of China,under the background of new historical tasks,the work tasks of township servants have become heavier,the work requirements have become higher,the work responsibilities have become greater,and the work environment has become more complex.In the face of the new changes,whether they can adapt to,can maintain a good professional attitude,which is related to the Party and the country's image in the masses,but also with the success or failure of our current goals and tasks is closely related.Through literature research method,social investigation method and observation method,this study analyzes the main manifestations and causes of job burnout of township civil servants in G city.Based on the current theories of job matching theory,social competency model,resource conservation theory and ecological model,it is concluded that the main manifestations of job burnout are: lack of initiative for work,lack of communication with colleagues,lack of enthusiasm for the masses and lack of passion for life.The main reasons for job burnout are as follows: first,the promotion mechanism is not perfect,the promotion space is limited,the competition is fierce,the personal selection and employment systems are non-standard,and the examination and evaluation are not scientific.Second,the work task is heavier,the stress is greater,the job request is higher,the inspection and performance examination are more,the "one vote overrules" are overflowing.Third,the overall income is not high,the work "out of pocket" situation is serious,the relative income is less than the national average income level of the all civil servants.Receiving and sending too many documents,conference are overloaded.Fourth,the working conditions,office conditions,Rural working conditions and living conditions are difficult.The relationship between cadres and the masses is complex.Fifth,the management isnot scientific,the situation of one person with multiple posts,one post with multiple responsibilities and leaders is serious.The work arrangement is not scientific,power and responsibility are at odds.In view of the specific situation of the manifestation and causes of job burnout of township civil servants,this study aims to alleviate and solve the problem of job burnout of township servants from multiple dimensions,such as perfecting the vocational education and training system,Reduced workload system,secondment and exchange system,incentive mechanism and improving the working environment.
