With China's economic and social development,promoting education integration of migrant workers' children in cities comes from social security right of migrant workers.It is not top-level design.Yearning for a better life,the transfer of migrant workers turned from transferring individually to family flow which taking husband and wife as the core.With the growing amount of children entering cities with their parents,Educational problem of Migrant workers' children in cities turned out.The problem of "no entrance to schools" was released till the policy of "two priorities".At present,the major difficulty is education integration of migrant workers' children in cities.Namely,difficulty consists in integration of educational origin,educational process,educational result.Migrant workers' children in cities is not only a public resource consumption,but also a social investment.With the enhancement of migrant workers' importance,overall quality of labor force decides by the degree of their children's education.And sustained economic development decides by overall quality of labor force.So promoting education integration of migrant workers' children in city not only benefits urbanization and social stability,but also human capital and economic development in China.This paper utilized documantary research and questionnaire survey.Considering enrollment situation of migrant workers' children in Beilun District,Ningbo City and 315 questionnaires of one public primary school and two non-government schools,we come to the following conclusions based on the theory of social integration.First,in terms of origin,the proportion of migrant workers' children in public primary schools is impressive,besides there are someone unable to enter schools because of integral condition inconformity.And entering public schools seems still a great obstacle for migrant workers' children in non-government schools.Second,in terms of process,we also find difficulty in the guarantee of educational resources being share equally by migrant workers' children.Third,in terms of result,enrollment situation of migrant workers' children in Beilun District is dropping off along with grade ascending obstacles in education integration of migrant workers' children in cities are analysed from the aspect of society and education to find ways in government duties.The research results show that the household registration system,the urban and rural dual structure,imperfect education policy about migrant workers' children studying in cities influence education inclusion.Government needs to deepen the household registration system's reform,improve social security for migrant workers' children in cities,complete education policy to further education integration of migrant workers' children in cities.
