| Poverty alleviation relocation is a poverty alleviation relocation project carried out by the people in remote areas with poor production and living conditions and frequent natural disasters,under the call and guidance of the national policy and the actual development of the region.It is of great significance to build a well-off society in an all-round way.High cold zone in Northern Shanxi,because of its mountainous and alpine unique geographical location,the economic development is particularly difficult and lagging behind,and there are many people who migrate to poverty alleviation.However,whether the production and life of the people after the relocation have reached the expected effect before the relocation and whether they can adapt to the life of the relocation area in all aspects deserves our further investigation.Therefore,this paper takes Wei village poverty alleviation migrants in J County of northern Shanxi as an example,starting from three aspects of livelihood model,lifestyle and social relations,to study some social adaptation problems of migrants after migration under centralized land resettlement in the county of northern Shanxi,summarize their social adaptation situation and characteristics in the place of immigration,and on this basis,put forward corresponding strategies to promote social adaptation of migrants.Firstly,under the background of poverty alleviation,this paper points out the importance of paying attention to the group of migrants who are relocated to poverty alleviation areas.On this basis,it puts forward the significance of social adaptation for the follow-up development of migrants,and combs the relevant literature at home and abroad.It points out that there are some problems in the study of social adaptation of migrants who are relocated to poverty alleviation,such as regional limitations and single research perspective,etc Research content and perspective.At the same time,considering the homogeneity of villages relocated for poverty alleviation in the north of Shanxi Province,this study was conducted in Wei Village of J County in the north of Shanxi Province.Questionnaire survey and interview were mainly used to understand the actual situation of social adaptation of poverty alleviation migrants,and the relevant data were analyzed on SPSS 20.0.Descriptive statistics and multiple regression statistics were used to discuss the living mode,lifestyle and migrants' life style.The adaptability of three aspects of social relations and its influencing factors.Secondly,the study finds that the livelihood adaptation of Wei village migrants is still in the primary stage,and the overall level of adaptation of migrants is general.Most migrants still have economic development dilemma after their relocation.The factors affecting the livelihood adaptation level of migrants are economic income satisfaction,whether to participate in vocational skills training,and educational level in turn.The life adaptation of Wei village migrants is more smoothly affected by cultural identity.However,the development level of their living style is greatly influenced by the market-oriented,and the factors affecting their living adaptation level are in turn the level of immigrants' livelihood adaptation and the relationship between migrants;the social relations of migrants are affected by the relocation,which results in the loss of relatives' resources and the need to rebuild other social relations networks,which to a certain extent reduces the overall level of migrants 'adaptation.Finally,to improve the social adaptation level of migrants and improve the regional development capacity,the government,the migrants themselves and the community need to work together.First,give play to the leading role of the government,improve resource links and social security policies;second,improve the main consciousness of immigrants,enhance skills and psychological identity;third,strengthen the role of community cohesion,improve community construction and communication platform. |
