As a special group of teenagers, secondary vocational school students are relatively lack of academic consciousness and motivation. They are separated from general education and receive vocational education, and face self-selection and employment pressure.Because of its psychological development characteristics, there are many ideas but the mobility is weak.Students at this stage do not have enough ability to make independent decisions, and it is difficult to continuously cultivate and develop positive behaviors. At present, vocational school education pays more attention to the management of students than to the development of students' subjective role and the cultivation of autonomous behavior. Therefore, improving the ability of behavioral autonomy of secondary vocational school students is an important problem that vocational moral education needs to face at present, and requires the joint efforts of teachers and related subjects.Based on this, relying on the youth volunteer group of S Senior Vocational Middle School in Wuhan City, social work research was carried out.Firstly, the service theme of "Promoting the Behavior Autonomy of Secondary Vocational School Students" is determined through needs assessment,so as to understand the current situation of behavioral autonomy and its specific behavioral performance of Secondary Vocational School Students;secondly, under the guidance of "self-determination theory",volunteer behavior is the focus of intervention, the service is divided into four stages: external regulation, intake regulation, identity regulation and integration regulation.By creating a self-supporting group environment, the service object can continue to self-regulate.In the process of volunteer activities,we should constantly improve the autonomy of behavior. Finally, combined with questionnaires, interviews and observations, the performance of the service is evaluated before and after.Four conclusions were found through the study.Firstly, the self-supporting environment provided by social workers enhances the self-action ability and self-identity of behavior in the process of encouraging self-implementation;secondly,Social workers can give full play to their professional advantages, and use the volunteergroup work methods to cooperate well with self-determination theory, making the experiential learning model more operable in the cultivation of behavioral autonomy of secondary vocational students;thirdly, the beliefs and actions of secondary vocational students are equally important in improving the operational ability of volunteer associations;Fourthly, students' behavioral autonomy has strong plasticity, and training is a long-term and systematic process, which requires the integration of parents, teachers and moral education in schools. At the same time, there are also some shortcomings in the practice of theoretical guidance, such as the evaluation methods and research methods need to be more rigorous;how to play the role of social workers supporters and how to promote the moral education model of the cultivation of self-determination ability of school social workers are still worthy of further discussion.
