A Study On Government Supervision Of Public Pension Institutions In Wuhan

With the continuous improvement of material living standards and the enormous challenges brought about by the aging of the population,the development of the old-age industry has increasingly become an important part of economic and social development.Among them,the earliest public pension institutions have undoubtedly provided the development of the current old-age care institutions.In recent years,the means of enriching the pattern of old-age care at the national and regional levels has become more diverse and concrete.It is undeniable that the development of the old-age industry requires the participation of all the social entities,but the historical and realistic status of the public pension institutions that bear the role of the bottom-up.It is also important to ignore that the development of public pension institutions has profoundly affected the living space and opportunities of some vulnerable groups in China.Due to the special status of public pension institutions,government departments often determine the long-term and good development of institutions.Today,when public pension institutions face deepening reforms,the effectiveness of government supervision is largely the key success of the transformation of public pension institutions.In view of the fact that there are few studies on the government supervision of public pension institutions in our country,combined with the status of the public pension institutions and institutions in which I work,this paper takes the government supervision of Wuhan public pension institutions as the research object.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of government supervision of public pension institutions in Wuhan,including the joint supervision by multiple departments led by the civil affairs bureau,the introduction of many policy normative documents,the strict control of fund allocation and use,and the combination of regular and irregular field visits.Secondly,it expounds the relevant investigation and investigation results of the government supervision of the public pension institutions in Wuhan,including the feedback evaluation of the public pension institutions in Wuhan,the feedback evaluation of the occupancy of the public pension institutions in Wuhan,and the self-evaluation feedback of the government supervision departments of Wuhan public pension institutions.The questionnaire description,research hypothesis and index system construction,sample analysis combined with SPSS17.0,the validity analysis,factor analysis and descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire were carried out.Finally,according to the statistical scores of the scale,the evaluation of the supervision effect of the public pension institutions in Wuhan is obtained,and further summarizes the main problems and imperfect reasons of the government supervision of the public pension institutions in the city,and proposes to improve the government's public service to the city supervision of pension institutions.
