The Analysis On Operation Mechanism Of Community Governance Of Baotong Road Community Of Yubei District In Chongqing

With the acceleration of China's urbanization process since the twenty-first century,the importance of urban community governance has become increasingly prominent.Urban community governance is not only an efficient manner of building grassroots democracy in China,but also an essential method to ensure the enactment of community service,optimize community order and meet diverse developing needs of communities.As the youngest municipality directly led under the central government of China,Chongqing is the third among the 15 new first-tier cities in 2018 selected by China Business News Weekly,showing its strong growth momentum of economy.China's urbanization rate was 57.35 percent in 2016,and meanwhile,that of Chongqing was62.6 percent,which is much higher than the national average,according to the China's statistical yearbook 2017 released by the National Bureau of Statistics.With the urbanization rate of Chongqing increasing year by year,the city is requested higher levels of community governance.From the current situation of urban community governance in China,there are some problems with community governance such as backward infrastructure and a trend towards administration,which obviously will limit the potential development of urban communities.From the current situation of urban community governance in China,there are some problems with community governance such as backward infrastructure and trend towards administration,which obviously will limit the potentiality of urban communities.Therefore,the author has taken Baotong Road community of Yubei District of Chongqing as a case for more than four months of community practice research in order to have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of governance of Baotong Road Community in Chongqing and have a basic understanding of the relationship between various social subjects involved in community governance,as well as the relevant operation mechanism.On the basis of previous community practice researches,this paper will focus on the study ofcommunity governance mechanism by analyzing the practice of community governance at home and abroad.In addition,the author will also study governance idea,the form of grassroots organization and operation mechanism in terms of theory of governance and Community governance theory and Modernization theory of national(social)governance,and analyze the existing problems and the reasons in community governance to give some suggestions.
