Research On Mutual Assistance Network Construction Of Family Caregivers Of Disabled Elderly In Urban Community

With the increasing number of disabled elderly,the problem of family pension is becoming more and more prominent.Family caregivers of disabled elderly are under increasing pressure.How to construct a social support network for family caregivers of disabled elderly is the direction that many experts and scholars need to explore at present.In this study,the family caregivers of disabled elderly in urban communities are taken as the research object.Through the action research method,the mutual assistance network of disabled elderly family caregivers is constructed,the mental pressure of family caregivers and the dilemma of daily life care are alleviated,and a multi-level social support network with mutual assistance as the core is constructed.In this paper,action research method,case study method and interview method are adopted.Through interviewing family caregivers of disabled elderly in L community,the author finds that the social interpersonal network of caregivers is faulty and lacks social support in daily care and psychological comfort.It is necessary to build a mutual assistance network for family caregivers of disabled elderly.Based on the theory of social support and the theory of superiority perspective,the author builds a mutual assistance network platform for six family caregivers of disabled elderly in L community by means of case work method and group social work method,in order to improve the sustainability and long-term effectiveness of the social support network of caregivers.Finally,through summary and evaluation,the author constructs a mutual assistance network for family caregivers of disabled elderly.Construction should be perfected and rethinked.By building and perfecting the mutual assistance network of the disabled elderly family caregivers,on the one hand,it releases the mental pressure of caregivers and strengthens the social network of caregivers;on the other hand,it improves its ability of linking to social resources and mutual assistance and communication.
