| Along with the advancement of our country industrialization and urbanization,a large number of young adults in rural areas to improve the family finances left villages and enter cities,registered permanent residence,geographic and economic conditions to various reasons such as their minor children,stay at home to take care of relatives,friends,resulting in a large number of rural left-behind children.As of August 31,2018,there were 6.97 million left-behind children in rural areas across the country,which is still a large group,although it is much lower than the figure in 2016.In recent years,the government has introduced a series of relevant policies to gradually promote the establishment and improvement of the care and protection system for rural left-behind children,and emphasized the role of social work.This paper focuses on the safety education of rural left-behind children and discusses the application process of group work.Firstly,through field investigation,the author analyzes the safety awareness problems and needs of left-behind children in village D.Then on this basis,guided by the social learning theory,the team work method was applied to the safety education of left-behind children in village D.Eight team members were selected to form the safety education team of "happy departure · safety first".The content mainly includes seven parts: traffic safety knowledge and skills,fire and water safety knowledge and skills,anti-abduction safety knowledge and skills,drug control safety knowledge and skills,natural disaster safety knowledge and skills,food hygiene safety knowledge and skills,and sexual safety knowledge and skills.A total of nine group activities are carried out.Through the comprehensive use of video watching,role playing,scene simulation training,case analysis,group discussion and other methods,to improve the scientific and interesting group activities,attract service objects to adhere to participate in the activities.Finally,carry out group assessment and achieve the group goals smoothly.The most important thing is to summarize and reflect on the experience and deficiency of the group work method applied in the safety education of rural left-behind children.At the end of each group activity,a detailed summary and reflection will be made on the group activity process,followed by a systematic summary and reflection analysis and discussion.Although the safety awareness,safety knowledge and skills of rural left-behind children have been significantly improved,the effect of group work may be weakened over time,which requires further consideration on the sustainability of the effect of group work in future studies. |
