Study On Public Service Improvement Of Nantong City Management Based On Satisfaction Survey

Measuring and assessing government work performance based on public satisfaction is a hot research topic.However,the fact that China's urban management law enforcement field is fully integrated into the public participation has not yet formed a scientific and normal mechanism,and there are few studies in this area.Under the new requirements and new development concepts of building a government under the rule of law,innovative government and service-oriented government,with the aim of improving public satisfaction,we will further promote the reform of urban management law enforcement system,improve urban management,strictly regulate fair and civilized law enforcement,and study comprehensively.Deepening the strategic layout of the "Internet + Urban Management" reform and development is of great significance to improving the urban management law enforcement environment,improving the efficiency and transparency of urban management law enforcement,and building a new urban governance approach.Through the distribution and statistical analysis of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of public satisfaction of Nantong urban management,and proposes improvement countermeasures based on the current background of social development and Nantong urban management itself.The article is divided into several main parts.The first is to summarize the related theoretical research results of urban management law enforcement environment,service and continuous improvement and innovation,and public satisfaction.Then,through the setting and distribution of questionnaires,the current situation of public satisfaction of Nantong urban management was investigated.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire,the problem of low public satisfaction of Nantong urban management was found.According to the statistics in the questionnaire,the reasons for the low public satisfaction of Nantong urban management are mainly because the new era national governance system puts forward higher requirements for urban management law enforcement,the urban management system is not smooth,resulting in unclear powers and responsibilities,and the urban management team is weak.Links,the public's expectations for urban management services,the bad guidance of public opinion,and the new impact of the new changes in the Internet + era.Based on the reasons of analysis and domestic and foreign literature experience,the article puts forward suggestions for improving the public satisfaction of Nantong urban management.To guide the public to objectively and impartially view urban management law enforcement behavior,promote urban management civilization,and exercise administrative power in a standardized manner,thereby improving the urban management law enforcement environment,improving public satisfaction,improving the level of urban management development,and promoting a well-off society in which the local government has comprehensively established a harmonious society.Significance.
