Research On Public Security Management Of Enterprises In Dongshahu Community In Suzhou Industrial Park

At present,our country is in a critical period of deepening reform and opening up in an all-round way.The economic structure is more complex,and the factors affecting the enterprise's public security management are gradually increasing.The situation concerning the enterprise's public security management is complex and changeable,and the difficulty of management is increasing day by day.As one of the main bodies of creating economic value,enterprises create tax revenue which is the main source of government finance.They provide a large number of jobs and solve the employment problem for the public,which is conducive to maintaining overall social stability.If enterprises do not develop well,the national economic order will inevitably be depressed and eventually lead to the chaos of the national social order.The good development of enterprises must have a good public security environment.Maintaining the stability of enterprises'public security is one of the main responsibilities of public security organs.But nowadays,the management of public security in enterprises is in a dilemma.Different regions have different characteristics of enterprises,and the academic circles have endlessly studied the management of public security in enterprises.In order to build a harmonious socialist society,we should put the work of enterprise public security management in an important position and take appropriate measures to solve the problem.As a national innovation and development zone,Suzhou Industrial Park has a strong population mobility,many companies and enterprises,and a high level of economic development.At present,there are 1434 enterprises in Dongshahu community,including about 400 physical factories,70 key fire control units,more than 90 explosive hazardous chemicals companies,more than 200 toxic hazardous chemicals companies and more than 10 delivery industries.Enterprises account for about 80%of the total area,and the total number of enterprises accounts for about a quarter of the total number of enterprises in Suzhou Industrial Park,which provides a large number of jobs for people living in Suzhou Industrial Park.If the enterprises in Suzhou can develop better and faster,it is a strong guarantee for the long-term and stable development of Suzhou.This paper takes the Dongshahu community in Suzhou Industrial Park as the research object.The main enterprises studied in this paper are state enterprises,public enterprises and private enterprises related to production,excluding the institutions,industrial sites,special industries of Dongshahu community and so on.Through reading a large number of theoretical literature,and according to the actual work experience,questionnaire survey and other ways to obtain data,and then summarized,found that the Dongshahu community of enterprises in the management of public order in the plight of the existing analysis,and draw relevant conclusions,in order to effectively promote the construction of the Dongshahu community enterprises in the standardization of public order management,put forward practical solutions.The solution is to maintain the harmony and stability of Dongsha Lake community and provide a good guarantee for people's daily life.
