become the daily operation of Chinese people.As one of the most important government affairs new media,the police new media is often in the front line of events,which is responsible for guiding and resolving conflicts.In recent years,hot events related to the new police media have emerged continuously.The social aggregation of various social contradictions and conflicts has continued to increase during the period of social transformation.Emergency incidents frequently involve the police and have a strong sensitivity.The new police media not only have departments that have been properlyhandled to establish a good image,but also lack of coping ability to trigger a second crisis,which ultimately damages the credibility of the department.The situation it faces has certain universality and difficulty.The quality and requirements of media operations are also higher than other government media.The conclusions obtained with the new police media can have a certain generality.On the other hand,the public security department plays the role of negotiating and maintaining public order in all kinds of major events,and the situations and problems it faces are often experienced by most government affairs media.This thesis combines quantitative analysis methods such as questionnaire surveys and statistics with qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviews and case analysis on the basis of journalism and communication theory,with the help of statistics,management,marketing and other related discipline theories.On the one hand,conduct on-the-spot investigations and interviews with relevant personnel of the public security new media departments in Weifang and Binzhou to obtain certain information and summarize the current operation process of the police new media department.In addition,it conducts case studies on the current high-quality police new media platforms on the Internet,and draws lessons from operational problems and experiences.On the other hand,the
