The inspection of village residents is an important measure to get through the last kilometer of the inspection.It is also an important measure to carry out the "political physical examination" of the party organization of village residents,so that it can become a strong battleground for publicizing the party's ideas,implementing the party's decisions,leading the grass-roots governance,uniting the people and promoting reform and development.The work of patrol village houses has not been carried out for a long time.Although the system has been continuously improved and the working mode has been innovated in the process of promotion,there are still many deficiencies in patrol village houses,and the theoretical research on relevant aspects is relatively few.Starting from the perspective of grass-roots governance,starting from the concept of grassroots governance,the objectives of governance,and Xi Jinping's new ideas of governing the country,this paper probes into the significance of political inspection,the role of inspection inspections in grass-roots governance and the necessity of extending inspections to villages,and expounds the objects,inspection contents and inspection points of village inspection.In 2018,county a comprehensively carried out the work of village inspection.According to its own situation,county a explored the inspection mode of "Three Supervisions and nine groups".At present,it has carried out seven rounds of inspection on 192 village organizations.A large number of key problems in the field of people's livelihood have been solved by patrolling the villages and counties a,helping relevant departments to improve the system construction,compacting the main responsibility of township rectification,and establishing a long-term mechanism to improve the grass-roots party style and government style.Although some achievements have been made,at present,the work of village inspection in county a still faces problems such as large amount of work,poor inspection effect,low participation of the masses and the quality of rectification not up to expectations.The focus of this paper is to optimize the work of a county's patrol village,according to the ideas of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,combining with the author's participation in a county's patrol village workpractice,using case analysis,empirical analysis and other methods to analyze and sort out the difficulties faced by a county's patrol village in terms of mechanism system,team building,patrol mode and external environmental factors Because,and for the reasons to optimize the top-level design,improve the ability of the team,innovate the way of patrol and deepen the use of results,and other measures to improve the effectiveness of patrol village,I hope to provide support for the work of patrol village in a county,and promote the further improvement of the governance ability of a county government.
