Institutions have gathered professional and technical,management and industrial personnel from all walks of life.They are an important carrier for providing public welfare services in economic and social development and an important force in economic and cultural construction.Whether the team of superb talents with superb business can provide strong talent guarantee and intellectual support for the promotion of social undertakings directly determines the quality of the development of public institutions.Since the “Interim Provisions on Public Recruitment of Public Institutions”came into effect on January 1,2006,public recruitment of public institutions has achieved full coverage and effective implementation nationwide,and has become the main way and main force for new recruits in public institutions Channels,but in a new era of standing and facing a new situation,city X is faced with new complex situations and new requirements in the public recruitment of macro-level policy research and micro-level examination organization implementation details.In order to optimize the various procedures of the examination link,some new problems that have arisen also need to be eliminated in a budding state in time to meet the urgent needs of excellent institutions for various institutions in the new era.Therefore,in order to further understand the current status,challenges,existing problems and deep-seated reasons of public recruitment of public institutions in X City,this article conducts in-depth interviews and questionnaires on relevant management personnel,staff and candidates of public recruitment of public institutions in X City.Investigate and analyze the profound reasons behind the problem,try to put forward some specific operability suggestions from the macro system level,micro operation level,etc.,with a view to X city can be based on reality,further improve the open recruitment system and mechanism,and optimize the specific procedures,To improve work efficiency and increase efforts,"plant good sycamore trees",create "X city benchmark",take the lead in the national "robbing people","attract Phoenix",and strive to build a A talent team withsufficient quantity,good quality and excellent structure with high innovation spirit and independent innovation ability provides talent guarantee and intellectual support for the high-quality development of X City.
