Study On The Improvement Of Business Environment Of Private Enterprises In N City Of Central China

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has made brilliant achievements.In 2019,China's GDP reached 99.08 trillion yuan,with a year-on-year growth rate of 6.1%,firmly occupying the second largest economy in the world.In the global business environment report issued by the world bank every year,China's business environment ranks 31st in 2020,which shows that China's state-owned business environment has improved significantly.On October 9,2019,the executive meeting of the State Council deliberated and passed the regulations on optimizing the business environment(Draft),which raised the effective experience and practice in the reform of "releasing management services" in recent years to regulations.N city,located in the central region,does not have the advantages of region,talent and resources.Private enterprises,the driving force of economic development,face many external environmental problems.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the business environment of private enterprises in n city for the development of enterprises and overtaking in the economic curve.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of business environment evaluation at home and abroad,and then analyzes the development status of private enterprises in N city in the central region.It is found that with the deepening of the reform of deregulation and service in N City,the entry threshold and enterprise cost of private enterprises in N City have decreased.However,there are still some problems in N City,such as insufficient private economic activity,weak growth mechanism and backward scientific research strength,which reflect that economic development is affected by the construction of business environment of the government.Secondly,this paper analyzes the business environment of private enterprises in N city from the aspects of soft environment,market environment,infrastructure environment,social service environment and business cost environment.Thirdly,in this paper,questionnaire survey method is used to collect the business environment data of private enterprises in N city,analyze the evaluation scores of various dimensions of the business environment of private enterprises in N city,and summarize the existing problems of the business environment of private enterprises in N city.Finally,based on the above problems,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the business environment of private enterprises in N city from four aspects:improve the supporting facilities and improve the service level of the government,accelerate infrastructure construction and strengthen cross regional private enterprise linkage,pay attention to scientific research investment and improve social service environment,use network technology to establish business cost monitoring mechanism..
