Research On Beautiful Village Construction In Jintan District Of Changzhou City

Farmers,agriculture and rural areas are the focus of the Chinese government's attention.In 2012,the 18th meeting of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the concept of "beautiful China".To build a beautiful China,we must first build a beautiful village.Beautiful village construction is under the background of building beautiful China and promoting new rural construction and improving rural habitat environment.In recent years,it has been actively implemented throughout the country.The construction of beautiful villages is of great significance to the construction of rural ecological civilization,the construction of new socialist countryside,the construction of new urbanization and the improvement of the mass happiness index.Based on new public service theory,government trust theory and new public management theory,this paper makes a systematic and empirical study of beautiful village construction in Jintan District of Changzhou City by using literature reading,visiting research,comparative analysis and empirical analysis.With the help of government financial support,model demonstration,successful experience and industrial characteristics,the construction of beautiful countryside was explored in Jintan District of Changzhou City.Through the construction of beautiful villages,the living environment of the peasant masses has been rectified,rural ecological civilization has been promoted,farmers' income and living standards have been raised,and the development of agriculture and other industries has been promoted,and tangible results have been achieved.However,when promoting the construction of beautiful villages,there are still problems such as insufficient participation of the masses,lack of obvious advantages in characteristic industries,low level of rural civilization construction,and insufficient management.In order to solve the problems and shortcomings in the construction of beautiful villages in Jintan District of Changzhou City,this paper,based on a large number of reading documents,combines the case study of construction in Anji District of Zhejiang Province,Ningguo District of Anhui Province and Gaochun Distric of Jiangsu province with the empirical study of rural construction in the Netherlands,the United States and Japan.Summarize the rule of beautiful village construction,discuss the experience of beautiful village construction,and provide reference for the construction of beautiful village in Jintan District of Changzhou City.In the face of the problems and shortcomings in the construction process,the Jintan District of Changzhou City can draw on the construction model of Anji and Gaochun for reference,actively play the leading role of the government,increase the participation of farmers,and promote the concentration of human resources.We will strengthen the leading role of culture,speed up the transformation and upgrading of industries,and realize the all-round development of rural economic,political,cultural,social and ecological development.The first part of this article discusses the background of the topic and the significance of the research.It summarizes the literature of beautiful village construction at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and research methods of this article.The second part expounds the concept of village,beautiful village and beautiful village construction,introduces the new public management theory,the new public management theory and the government trust theory;The third part discusses the present situation and existing problems of beautiful village construction in Jintan District of Changzhou City and analyzes the causes of the problem.The fourth part discusses the construction of beautiful villages abroad and at home,and summarizes the experience.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures of beautiful village construction in Jintan District of Changzhou City.The sixth part makes a brief summary and outlook.
