Study On Residents' Participation In Community Autonomy At Urban Fringes

With the accelerating process of urbanization,the community in the urban fringes which in a special geographic location is continuously emerging and growing.Its boundary between urban and rural areas,which is different from the urban community in the general sense and the rural community in the traditional sense.Therefore,it has the characteristics of "non-urban non-urban and urban".The community in the urban fringes is an important carrier of social management.Residents' orderly participation in community public affairs management and various activities has become the basis and key for giving play to the role of grassroots people in raising the overall level of social self-government.However,such a special area has been overlooked by us,including policy neglect,neglect of management and neglect of research.This paper takes the system of community-level self-governance as the theoretical support and is divided into five chapters.In this paper the first chapter is the introduction.The author has analyzed the research status of community autonomy in the urban fringes both at home and abroad by consulting a large number of books and documents.The author also has explained the research background,theoretical basis,research significance and research methods of this paper.At the same time,this paper points out the difficulties and possible innovations.The second chapter defines the relevant concepts in detail,namely,community in the urban fringes,community autonomy and residents participation.The second chapter introduces the specific investigation and design of this dissertation,including the design of the survey object,the description of the investigation and implementation process,etc.The third chapter analyzes the survey data about the participation of residents in F New Community Autonomous by using the related software,which mainly starts with the participation intention,the degree of participation and the participation effect of residents participation,and finally increases from the special case to the universal case,Pointed out that the common problem of residents' participation in the community autonomy of urban fringes is the insufficient participation of residents.After discovering the problem,the fourth chapter of this paper analyzes the causes of residents' insufficient participation in community autonomy of the urban fringes from three aspects: micro-individual factor,mid-scale organizational factor and macro-institutional factor.The fifth chapter of the paper points out the countermeasures corresponding to the above-mentioned reasons and analysis,which are mainly discussed from three aspects: solving the problems of the residents,improving the construction of community organizations,and constructing the safeguard system of community autonomy.
