The cultural view of Marxism is the guidance of our socialist enterprise culture.The socialist market economic system determines that our enterprise culture can only be a socialist enterprise culture.Under the guidance of Marx's cultural view,we thoroughly analyze the impact of socialist enterprise culture on the development of time-honored enterprises,and further explore the bottleneck problems faced by the development of the old brand enterprises,and find out the feasible path for the development of the time-honored brand enterprises.Taking the "old Mao" old brand enterprise as an example,this paper points out that the construction of enterprise culture is the key to the survival and development of the time-honored brand enterprises,and further studies the relevant theories of the culture of the concept of Marxism.Starting from the crisis and solution path faced by the construction of the old brand enterprises,we should construct a contemporary cultural outlook of Marxism,which will be better for the old brand enterprises.Survival and development provide theoretical guidance,so as to enhance national cultural self-confidence.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly elaborates the research purpose and significance of the paper,the research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovation of the paper writing.The second part is mainly about the related overview of Marxist cultural view theory.This paper mainly expounds the background of Marxist cultural outlook,the content of Marxist cultural outlook,the connotation of old-fashioned enterprise culture and the significance of Marxist cultural outlook to the development of enterprise culture.The third part mainly describes the current situation of the old-name enterprise culture,studies the bottleneck problems that restrict the development of the old-name enterprise culture,and explores the problems in the process of the development of the old-name enterprise from four aspects:excavation of traditional culture,innovation of advanced culture,protection of brand culture rights and external exchange and cooperation of the enterprise.In the fourth part,according to the guidance of the relevant theories of Marxist cultural view and the bottleneck problems faced by the development of the old-name enterprise culture,the feasibility suggestions are put forward,and the path of the development of the old-name enterprise culture under the guidance of Marxist cultural view is pointed out in detail.The time-honored brand culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.It is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation.It is a precious memory of the Chinese people for thousands of years.It has a long cultural and cultural connotation.However,in today' s fierce market competition for diversification and personalization,the unique traditional cultural advantages of the enterprise have not been thoroughly explored.In addition,the Internet marketing mode in the new era has not been fully applied,resulting in the lack of core competitiveness and development of many old brand enterprises.Through the shaping of corporate culture through the cultural view of Marxism,this article explores suitable development paths for old brand enterprises in the socialist market competition,and inspires the vitality of old brand enterprises.
