The relationship between the three systems of tourism, economy and public service is complex and changeable, and the various elements of the two systems of tourism and economy, tourism and public services, and economic and public services are also mutually restrained.Only three systems can achieve coordination and promote The development of regional tourism,so studying the relationship between the three is necessary.By constructing the index system of tourism system, economic system and public service system, this paper uses the entropy method and the coordinated development model to comprehensively develop the tourism, economic and public service systems of the “One Belt,One Road” Chinese city in 2006-2016.The quantitative and qualitative analysis of coupling degree and coordinated development degree reveals the evolution of the coordinated development of urban tourism-economic-public service in the region, analyzes the internal mechanism of the spatial-temporal evolution, finds obstacles to the coordinated development of the region, and proposes corresponding The strategy provides a reference for future research. The main conclusions of this paper are:First, the various elements of the integrated system of tourism, economy and public service are mutually reinforcing and mutually restrictive, with positive positive and negative negative effects. The development of tourism will bring economic and social benefits, but it may cause damage to public service facilities. The deterioration of public services beyond its threshold will increase the cost of economic activities and limit the development of tourism.Secondly, analyze the current situation of tourism, economy and public service development in the “One Belt,One Road” section of China, and conclude that tourism achieved a great leap forward growth in 2006-2016,but the regional gap is large, showingthe characteristics of east high and low west.Compared with developed countries, there is a certain gap,the quality of tourism services is not high;the economic scale has been growing rapidly in 2006-2016,but the geographical distribution of the economy is not balanced, and the economic development of provincial capitals and municipalities has more advantages;the proportion of investment in public services has increased year by year. However, the distribution of resources is uneven, the gap between the east and the west is large, and the economic development of provincial capitals and municipalities directly under the Central Government has certain advantages.Thirdly,it analyzes the comprehensive development level of tourism-economy-public service in the “One Belt,One Road” section of China. From the time point of view, the overall development level has a wavy trend, and the comprehensive evaluation value of tourism-economic-public service in 2006-2016 First rise, then fall and then rise. From the perspective of space, the spatial level of comprehensive development is obviously different. The cities in the same level generally show that the comprehensive evaluation value of eastern cities is higher than that of western cities. In different levels of cities, the comprehensive evaluation value of provincial capitals and municipalities is higher.Fourthly,it analyzes the coupling degree of tourism-economy-public service in the“One Belt,One Road” section of China, and the coupling degree generally shows a“V”-shaped trend of decreasing first and then rising, except for individual cities;from the spatial point of view, there is obvious space.Regional differences, the eastern part of the city as a whole is more coupled than the western city. The same level of cities also shows a higher degree of coupling in the eastern cities. In different levels of cities, there is a higher degree of coupling between provincial capitals and municipalities.Fifth,it analyzes the coordinated development of tourism-economic-public services in the “One Belt,One Road” segment of China, and the coordinated development degree belongs to the “disordered recession zone”,and the overall development trend is “V”type, which is obvious and coordinated with the passage of time. The degree of gradual penetration gradually changes from east to west. From the perspective of space, the regional differences in coordination development are obvious. The cities in the same levelgenerally show the law of relative coordination between eastern cities and western cities.Different levels of cities show more coordinated characteristics of provincial capitals and municipalities.Sixth, the study found that there are problems in the coordinated development of tourism-economic-public services in the “One Belt,One Road” section of China. The tourism service efficiency is low,the regional distribution is large, the economic development efficiency is low,the regional development is uneven, and the public service level is low.Uneven configuration;low system coupling and uneven spatial and temporal distribution. In response to these problems, the corresponding solutions are proposed:improving the efficiency of tourism services, narrowing the regional gap;enhancing the level of economic development, narrowing the gap between the east and the west;improving the level of public services, promoting uniform distribution;promoting coordinated development of the system and promoting the development of the whole region.
