Research On Coordinated Development Of Public Service And Tourism In Ganzi

Holistic tourism is an important development strategy in Ganzi Prefecture,and it is the key to poverty alleviation in Ganzi Prefecture.In the process of building the holistic tourism,the coordinated development of public services and tourism is very important.The impact of public services on tourism can be studied.Industry development direction for reference.From the perspective of the coordinated development of public services and tourism,this paper studies the rational development of tourism and the development path of tourism in the context of holistic tourism.This paper calculates the comprehensive development level index of public service and tourism in Ganzi Prefecture from 1999 to 2016 by using the entropy method.It is found that the two are basically in a stable development state,but the obvious fluctuation of tourism is more volatile and vulnerable to other factors.Through measuring the development characteristics of each stage of its coordinated development,it is found that the two have gradually transitioned from uncoordinated recession-type development to high-quality coordinated development.There are three stages between them: 1999-2005 both developed.Slowly,it is a stage of development that does not coordinate with the recession;in 2006-2011,development is still slow,and it is a transitional period.There has been some progress in the coordinated development between the two,but it is in constant adjustment stage;2012-2016 is a period of rapid development.This period has undergone a period of adjustment and has developed rapidly in the context of holistic tourism.In order to further study the degree of coordinated development of public services and tourism within Ganzi Prefecture,the data of 2016 in Ganzi Prefecture were also calculated.It was found that not all districts and counties in Ganzi Prefecture are in a state of coordinated development,and internal development is not Balance,among them,the development of Kangding is the best,and the two are more coordinated;Daocheng and Luan are second only;public services cannot keep up with the development of the tourism industry;while other counties have poor development levels,they are on the verge of maladjustment and are barely coordinated.During this period,we cannot escape from poverty.The research shows that: first,The tourism and public services in Ganzi Prefecture are currently at a stage of rapid development,and the holistic tourism strategy has begun to show results;second,Ganzi Prefecture's tourism industry is vulnerable to external shocks and its instability,and therefore it fluctuates greatly.It is necessary to strengthen the control over the influencing factors of tourism,strengthen the construction of public services,and ensure the quality of public services.Third,the degree of coordinated development of public services and tourism in Ganzi Prefecture is excellent,and the improvement of its coordination relationship should be maintained,and the development of holistic tourism must be vigorously promoted.Forth,the development and imbalance of counties in Ganzi counties.There are one or two counties to raise the overall development level of Ganzi Prefecture,but far from the requirements of holistic tourism,most of the counties still do not make full use of local resources to develop tourism.Neither has it attached importance to the construction of public services,so it is still in a state of backwardness and poverty,and it is necessary to drive other poverty-stricken areas from developed regions to promote the development of holistic tourism.To ensure the coordinated development of tourism and public services,we can steadily advance Ganzi Prefecture into a holistic tourist city.
