Analysis Of Depolarizing Counter-terrorism Strategy Based On Moran Process

How to deal with and combat terrorism effectively is not only an important topic in the world today,but also an important prerequisite for building a harmonious society in China.With the deepening and broadening of China's reform and opening up,foreign terrorist organizations and extremist religious ideas have begun to infiltrate,posing a serious threat to China's economic and social development and the safety of people's lives and property.In recent years,the state has increased counter-terrorism measures and efforts,and the incidence of domestic terrorist attacks has declined significantly.China's counter-terrorism actions have achieved good results.However,due to the frequent occurrence of overseas terrorist security events,terrorist organizations are still rampant.In the present and the future for a long time,the work of combating terrorism depolarizing work still needs to be continued.At present,there are two main ways of our country's anti-terrorism work.On the one hand,we should strengthen the "counter-terrorism attack"measures,take key defense strategies for the target areas and important facilities of terrorist attacks,and at the same time,we should take regular investigation,intelligence interception,international cooperation and other ways to nip the terrorist attacks in the bud;on the other hand,for those who participate in terrorist activities but do not constitute a crime or the circumstances of the crime are relatively light,the vocational skills "education and training" shall be used to enable the trainees to learn the national common language and characters,the corresponding laws and various vocational skills,so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating the stubborn at the root.In this paper,from the perspective of terrorists and trainees' strategy evolution,we try to establish a stochastic evolutionary game model by using Moran process under different evolution intensity,which is mainly composed of the following two modules:First,in the third part,this paper discusses the evolution process of terrorist attack strategy under the mode of "terrorist attack response",and obtains the dominant probability by measuring the cost and benefit of terrorist action.At the same time,the dominant probability of the two strategies is compared,and the evolutionary equilibrium state of the non attack strategy is obtained under the three circumstances of economic interests leading,ideology leading and external random interference.Thus,the conditions for the evolution stability of non attack strategy are described respectively,and a case study is carried out.Second,in the fourth part,this paper studies the evolution process of the attack strategy of the trainees under the mode of "education and training" de extreme,and obtains the dominant probability by measuring the cost and benefit of the trainees' actions.By comparing the benefits of language,law,professional skills and the future development of the students who can get rid of the extremes with the number of trainees,this paper analyzes the evolution of the three kinds of students who are slightly extreme,seriously extreme and dominated by external random interference.The conclusion is verified by numerical analysis.The innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)based on the theory of random evolutionary game,this paper establishes a dynamic model of random evolution for coping strategies of depolarizing terrorism,and then analyzes the situation under different selection intensities of utility function to draw a conclusion;(2)combining the anti-terrorism attack strategy in the first stage with the training strategy in the second stage,the paper analyzes the advantages of the two-stage strategy;(3)considering the irrational factors of decision-making and the factors of group division,the basic model is extended to obtain the variant forms of anti-terrorism evolution and stability strategy,as well as the comparison among various forms.
