As a special human resource,civil servants have always been an indispensable part of government organizations.With the advent and development of the era of knowledge economy,social progress and economic development must rely on the power of knowledge.The knowledge sharing behavior among civil servants is not only conducive to the realization of civil servants'self-worth,but also conducive to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of government organizations and the overall construction of government organizations,thus forming stable and efficient government organizations.Discussing how to better promote the knowledge sharing behavior of civil servants has become an important issue worthy of in-depth study.Regrettably,nowadays,the research on public service motivation and knowledge sharing behavior of civil servants has just started in domestic academia,and few studies have been done to establish a link between the twoThe purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among public service motivation,job satisfaction and knowledge-sharing behavior of Hainan civil servants and its influencing mechanism.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 316 civil servants in Hainan Province.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis,and the knowledge score of public service motivation was discussed.The influence mechanism of enjoyment behavior.At the same time,in order to fill the gap of the existing research,this paper combs the relevant literature and puts forward research hypothesis.On the basis of examining the relationship between public service motivation and knowledge sharing behavior of civil servants,it further discusses the mediating role of job satisfaction in the above relationshipThis study finds that there is a direct positive relationship between public service motivation and knowledge-sharing behavior of civil servants in China.At the same time,public service motivation can also influence knowledge-sharing behavior of civil servants through job satisfaction,in which job satisfaction plays a mediating role.Therefore,the relevant research results have certain reference value for promoting the knowledge sharing behavior of civil servants,improving the development and utilization efficiency of knowledge in government organizations,helping government organizations to effectively deal with various problems,reducing work costs,promoting knowledge innovation and improving organizational performance.
