Research On Countermeasures To Promote The Upgrading Of The Textile Industry By Keqiao District Government Of Shaoxing

The textile industry plays an important role in the process of industrialization in Keqiao,Shaoxing,Zhejiang Province.However,in recent years,with the shortage of resource elements,the improvement of environmental awareness,the increase of production costs,and changes in the supply side of the market,the textile industry in Keqiao is facing increasingly severe challenges.Looking around the world,governments in various countries have played role in promoting the development of local traditional industries.the Government of Keqiao has also played the role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry,in order to further deepen the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,revitalize the real economy,and promote the transformation of enterprises and society.Although certain achievements have been made in the process of promoting industrial upgrading,there are still some problems and difficulties that need to be further explored.This article begins with an analysis of the status quo of the textile industry transformation and promotion of the government of Keqiao,Shaoxing,Zhejiang Province.It reviews the role of the Government of Keqiao in promoting various stages of the textile industry,and states that the Keqiao District Government has to solve the low level of innovation in the textile industry.,development of extensive and disorderly,low value-added products,excess production capacity and other issues have been made.Through interviews,comparative studies,and questionnaire surveys,the main problems of the Keqiao in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry were analyzed.By learning from the experience of governments in other outstanding industrial countries and regions,we started from the five major aspects of resource elements,development direction,innovation environment,public platforms and public services,and proposed safeguards including strengthening land,funds,talents and direction of various textile.Emphasizing that under the current market economy conditions.the government should give a reasonable play to the role of "tangible hand".Pay more attention to the protection of resource elements,more reasonable to guide the direction of development,pay more attention to the establishment of scientific and technological innovation system,and more actively provide public services,and establish a stable,harmonious and sustainable development environment for market development.
