Research On Government Supervision Of Public Engineering Quality

In the quality supervision of public works,the government's responsibility is to provide high-quality public services and products to the people.Public works are an important carrier for the government to provide public services and public goods.The quality of public works directly affects the exercise of government functions and the happiness of the people.Although the government has taken many measures in the supervision of public works quality,there are still many quality problems.This article first focuses on the theoretical basis of public engineering quality supervision and government supervision theory,and introduces the concept,characteristics and classification of public engineering in detail,meanwhile analyze the legal basis of government supervision responsibility.Then,by reviewing the literature and combining the current situation,we concluded that the government mainly has decision-making errors,insufficient supervision,unclear supervision authority,and violations of reasonable administration,and the possible reasons are analyzed..Finally,put forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems,and establish a lifelong responsibility investigation system and a strict responsibility person return system by clarifying the subject of decision-making legality review to solve the problem of decision-making mistakes.For insufficient supervision,the government functions can be transformed.The government and public officials improve the rule of law by themselves,at the same time,the government clarifies that the power of supervision,formulating a list of powers to clarify the power boundaries,and finally achieves the purpose of reasonable administration by improving the discretionary benchmark system and improving the quality of law enforcers,ultimately ensuring that the government can provide the public with high-quality public works.Promoting the quality of public works by improving government supervision is the core of the reform of the government management system and the specificrequirement for building a service-oriented government.
