With the accelerated process of urbanization,a large number of migrant workers into the city's family life,the number of migrant workers to follow their parents into the city life continues to rise.As a special group of migrant children in the process of modernization development of the flow to the city in the future,because of self cognition,interpersonal skills,lack of family care,lack of community support is not enough and the urban and rural cultural conflicts,appear timid,insecure,parent-child relationship alienation,lack of sense of community,and migrant children it is difficult to meet the diversified needs,seriously affect the normal development of migrant children.Taking Y street community floating children as the main service object,and based on the floating children diverse demand,starting from the floating children social ecosystem,mainly involved in community construction,by the method of community work for professional social work intervention problem of floating children and provide new thought of work demand,help migrant children to adapt to the environment,community involvement,healthy growth.This study integrated use of dangerous focus strategy,asset focus strategy,strategy and process in "landscape","people" and "text" for the community to create content,flow through public space building to help children build a support network,build social relationships,give priority to with community work,the working process of the organic combination of group,enhance the floating children various aspects ability,set goals plan,strengthen the academic achievement,improve the comprehensive ability,finally,promote the parent-child communication,to meet the demand of the floating children,community ascription,promote the healthy growth of children.Activities in the process of ongoing assessment and summary,guide the floating children to participate in the activities of community construction.Flow through Y community multiple needs of the community to build research,good proved based on the needs of the community to build in the effectiveness of the floating children comprehensive growth and community to build sustainable development of floating children under the perspective of the positive role.
