On Public Opinion Guidance In The Construction Of Civilized Gongyi City

The new urbanization strategy not only promotes the improvement of China's urbanization system,but also promotes the transformation and development of urbanization connotation.The establishment of civilized cities is an important policy means to improve the quality of cities.Since the establishment of civilized cities was first launched in 1995,the establishment of "civilized cities" has achieved certain results.More and more cities are attending the creative action,and the creative atmosphere of cities at all levels is increasingly strong.The main purpose of building a civilized city is to build a harmonious society.So,it's clear that in the initial stage of this project there are certain impacts on the living habits of the citizens and the production of enterprises.How to obtain the recognition of the citizens and strive for the support of the social organizations and enterprises is vital to a favorable atmosphere.In this process,public opinion guidance plays an important role.In 2007,Gongyi started to cultivate itself to be a civilized city.During this,public opinion guidance is playing more important.role.For public opinion guidance,Gongyi not only has its own unique way but also has some problems.This study takes the guidance of public opinion in cultivating civilization as the research object,and uses the interview and questionnaire survey to analysis the attitude of citizens to this project.The purpose of this study is to summarize the problem of guidance of public opinion,dissect the causes of the problem,and propound feasible suggestions,so as to provide useful reference for other county-level cities to be national civilized cities.According to the research objectives,this study contains five parts:The first part combs the related research literature at home and abroad.This part centers on the literature of "public opinion guidance" and "civilized city creation" at home and abroad,and establishes the main research direction and views of this study on the basis of literature evaluation.The second part discusses the role and significance of public opinion guidance in the construction of civilized cities.This part takes Gongyi City as an example to explain the basic situation of public opinion guidance work and the specific role in public opinion guidance since it was founded in 2007.The third part focuses on the limitations of the ways and methods of public opinion guidance in Gongyi City.This part will use interview,comparison,questionnaire and other methods to study and discuss the work of public opinion guidance in the construction of civilized cities,and clarify the inherent problems and particularity of the work of public opinion guidance which is difficult to effectively promote.The fourth part analyzes the problems of public opinion guidance in Gongyi City and the strategies and methods to improve the effect of public opinion guidance.Including the theoretical guidance and practical work of specific practices.For example,we should establish a regular publicity mechanism,study the characteristics of public opinion guiding the audience,and actively carry out new media publicity.The last part expounds the general significance of Gongyi experience for other county-level cities and puts forward personal suggestions for improving the effect of public opinion guidance.At the same time,in the process of writing the paper,based on my own experience in the grass-roots departments of Gongyi City,the author adopts interview and questionnaire survey to ensure the breadth and depth of the paper.
