Social Work Helps Urban Ethnic Community Governance

In 2017,the CPC Central Committee issued the opinions on strengthening and improving urban and rural community governance,which also pointed out that urban ethnic community governance is a very important part of the modernization process of community governance in China.With the rapid development of social work in recent years,its role in community governance is increasingly prominent.This research hopes to investigate the current situation of D ethnic community governance under the guidance of three theories of Xi Jinping's new era China's socialist ethnic work ideology,community governance theory and ethnic relations theory.It focuses on analyzing the differences between D ethnic communities and no ethnic communities,and the common predicaments faced by D ethnic minority communities(community subjects,community talents,willingness to participate)and ethnic difficulties.Environment(insufficient inter ethnic communication,insufficient opportunities for the development of ethnic cultural space,difficulties in the integration of foreign ethnic population into the city,lack of professional Ethnic Cadres,low trust among ethnic residents),and the governance difficulties of these communities are attributed.Finally,taking the professional knowledge of social work as a breakthrough point,the paper puts forward measures to improve the governance of D ethnic community,trying to promote the construction of ethnic cultural tradition,promote the development of self-government forces,and form a more harmonious ethnic relationship;to achieve a sound system of community governance norms,pluralistic governance subjects,good governance environment,etc.,and to realize the modernization of D ethnic community governance.
