The value of people's courts is reflected in serving the overall economic and social development,promoting judicial impartiality and integrity,and the innovation and strengthening of trial management are the inevitable requirements for the scientific development of people's courts.The most important thing to strengthen trial management is performance appraisal.From 1999 to 2019,the Supreme People's Court have issued five five-year reform program "of the people's court,the country court to outline as a guide.for many years continuously explore how to establish and improve the court performance appraisal system.and strive to achieve performance appraisal work of normalized and institutionalized,improve trial quality and efficiency goals are met.As one of the basic courts in China,the people's court of H county is responsible for adjudication of civil,criminal and administrative cases within the jurisdiction of the county.On the way of exploring the performance appraisal system,the people's court of H county is also faced with difficulties,such as the formalistic appraisal,the emphasis on appraisal rather than management,the complex appraisal methods or indicators,and the single appraisal indicators.These drawbacks have finally affected the scientific operation of the performance appraisal work of the court in H county.Therefore,it is still necessary to further improve and perfect the performance appraisal system,realize the goal of establishing a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system of the court as soon as possible,and realize judicial fairness and justice.The author in this paper,principles of management of related theory and the H county people's court of the performance appraisal work present situation.the combination of H county court is studied through analysis of the current situation of the performance appraisal work and disadvantages.and puts forward some countermeasures for optimization of performance appraisal system and try to build a full range of performance appraisal system in H county court.hope can work for court science reasonable appraisal personnel to provide certain reference.
