After decades of high-speed development, urbanization in China has gradually entered a slowing stage in recent years. With the deconstruction of traditional rural society itself, and the reshaping of rural society by modern administrative systems, culture and consumption patterns during the process of urban-rural integration, some deep-seated structural problems have increasingly appeared.Modernity is constantly affecting and changing the "the Pattern of Difference Sequence" in the conventional acquaintance society, which is manifested through the increasing subjective consciousness and individuality of villagers.Nevertheless,a mature and complete rural autonomous system hasn't been truly established out of the 'flushing' of urbanization, the shortage of public space and the lack of institutions. This paper holds that 'individualization' is not only a challenge to the traditional rural social order, but also the inevitable way leading to the growth of publicity.Under the present situation of the majority of rural population and resources being out-flowing,the ideal path towards rural good governance lies in the solutions about taking active measures to foster an open and inclusive public space, providing a carrier for villagers to participate rural management and public life, and complying with the development trend of "individualization" by helping and guiding the growth of villagers' individual subjectivity.
