Research On Content Construction And Discourse Expression In Public Opinion Field Of Sina Public Security Affairs Microblog(2015-2019)

As the micro-blog trend swept across the country,the communication psychology,online habits and forms of acceptance of Internet users have changed.China's government has jumped on the bandwagon and moved into various popular social platforms to carry out government affairs activities and develop mobile e-government.The government microblog has become an early form of e-government affairs.After more than a decade of development,mobile e-government has gradually emphasized digital services from the initial government office automation to provide the public with a network platform for direct interaction with government agencies.As the leader of the government microblog,the public security government microblog has a good handling effect and attracts high public attention.Through the release of government information,real-time communication with fans,clarification of rumors,listening to the voice of netizens,dredging public opinion and other ways,weibo users can create a public opinion field for free communication with government agencies.In this study,2015-2019 years of public security government microblogging sina as the research object,chose three representative public security administrative microblogging as sample: Chinese police public security online online,between the train-Shanghai,nanjing jiangning,analyze its content for public opinion field construction of expression and characteristics,in order to the public security administrative microblogging build public opinion field and the process of the way to have a more clear and complete understanding.The research results of this paper verify that in the current weibo platform with multiple public opinion fields interlaced and integrated,the public security government weibo creates an interactive context and achieves the purpose of guiding public opinion by actively setting the agenda and using social elements to link with netizens.At the same time,the media expression of the public security system's microblog propaganda duty is the release of the official discourse right and the empowerment of the civil discourse right.In the process of information dissemination,the public security government microblog has constructed different from the traditional political discourse,giving more space for netizens to express themselves.
