Performance appraisal is an important basis for employees' salary payment,job promotion,training development and dynamic allocation decisions.Therefore,performance appraisal is an important and basic link of human resource management.At present,China's targeted poverty alleviation work has entered the final stage,which requires the majority of grassroots cadres to better fulfill their duties,take the initiative to care about the plight of the broad masses of the people,and actively implement various poverty alleviation tasks.In such an environment,all walks of life begin to pay attention to the research and discussion of rural cadresr performance appraisal.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the construction of the performance appraisal system of rural cadres,objectively measure and evaluate the performance appraisal of rural cadres,give full play to the enthusiasm of rural cadres,and improve the combat effectiveness and executive ability of rural cadres.Based on relevant theoretical research knowledge of performance appraisal,this paper discusses and analyzes the existing problems and causes of the performance appraisal of village cadres in gongmiao township of jinzhai county in combination with the current situation ofthe assessment of village cadrc s in guanmiao township.From the perspective of problems,there are still some problems in the performance assessment of cadres in guanmiao township,jinzhai county,such as unclear assessment subjects,general assessment standards and lack of quantification of assessment objectives.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and design the performance assessment scheme of cadres in guanmiao township.In to improve on the basis of the design objectives,principles,constructing GuanMiao cultural station village cadres'performance appraisal design framework,in order to improve design GuanMiao cultural station village cadres' performance appraisal scheme,the concrete content includes:the determination of the assessment object and specifications of carding,the selection of assessment index and determine,set of assessment index weight,the determination of evaluation subject,the design of performance evaluation,the assessment cycle set and an outline of carding performance appraisal implementation main point.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,expert consultation method,analytic hierarchy process,questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods.Through the design of this scheme,it is hoped that it can be of reference value to the construction of the performance appraisal system of cadres in guanmiao township and village,and promote the establishment of the performance appraisal system of cadres in other villages and towns in jinzhai county.
