Research On The Quality Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Cadres In The New Era

Rural grass-roots cadres are an important part of our country's grass-roots cadres,but also the new era in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the implementation of the most important leader.Strengthening the quality construction of rural cadres at the grass-roots level plays an important role in improving the quality of cadres themselves,carrying out the strategy of rural revitalization,completing the task of fighting poverty and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,the unreasonable factors contained in the quality of rural cadres themselves influence the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which puts forward an urgent request for this research.The paper defines the concept and connotation of the new era,the rural grass-roots cadres and their qualities,and studies the characteristics of the wholeness,politics and practice of the quality of the rural cadres.The paper takes "strategic planning of rural revitalization" as the strategic basis of this study,explains its strategic requirements,strategic significance and strategic measures,takes the Marxist cadre theory as the theoretical basis of the study,and Xi Jinping's important speech on the quality of cadres is the scientific guide of this study.The quality of rural cadres at the grass-roots level is divided into six aspects: political quality,moral quality,management quality,cultural quality,responsibility quality and psychological quality.On the basis of the previous survey,combined with the data of my sample survey,the problems of the quality construction of rural cadres in the new era are not strong enough for political purposes,there are corruption incidents,the moral character level is not high,the moral style is not rigorous enough,the basic management level is insufficient,the sense of innovation management is weak,the level of education is not harmonious,the overall learning enthusiasm is not high,the enthusiasm of the work is not high,the concept of service for the people is weak,the character is relatively unstable,the ability to deal with emotional pressure.In view of the above six aspects,the thesis from the main objective two aspects,summarized the cause of the new era of rural grass-roots cadres quality problems,so that strengthening the quality of rural cadres more targeted construction.According to the analysis of the composition of the quality of rural grass-roots cadres,on the basis of the problems and reasons in the construction of the quality of rural grass-roots cadres,considering the practical needs of the new era,put forward measures to strengthen the quality of rural cadres,that is,strengthen the concept of the purpose of cadres under the premise of correct cadres' ideology,face up to individual subjective emotions on the basis of following the objective laws of the outside world,cultivate the quality of cadres' will by implementing improved cadres' mentality,establish a scientific employment mechanism,and select outstanding cadres;On the basis of perfecting the cadre appraisal system,we should pay attention to the innovation of positive incentive mode,create a good political environment to strengthen the multi-faceted training of rural cadres at the grass-roots level,etc.These measures provide some reference and reference for strengthening the quality construction of rural cadres at the grass-roots level.
