At present,both the compulsory education stage and the ordinary high school in our country have begun to implement the performance wage system.As the only municipality directly under the Central Government in the western region of China,Chongqing has responded positively to the call of the state,resolutely implemented the important decisions made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in the field of education,and has made great achievements in the reform of teachers' performance pay.However,in some rural areas of Chongqing,the distribution of teachers' performance pay is still unreasonable,the enthusiasm of teachers' work is not strong,and the original intention of implementing performance pay is not realized,which seriously hinders the development of rural middle school education in our city.At the present stage,the research work of teacher performance appraisal system in our country and The results are more and more,but most of them focus on the study of the teacher performance evaluation system in the compulsory education stage of senior high school and primary and secondary school,and the research on the performance evaluation of teachers in the rural ordinary high completion middle school is relatively few.Through the study of the special group of ordinary high completion middle school teachers in Yubei District of Chongqing,it is helpful to promote the continuous improvement and perfection of the performance wage system of ordinary high completion middle school in our city,and also to provide experience reference for other relevant schools in our city.The full text is divided into five parts.Part One: Introduction.It mainly expounds the background and significance of the research,the current situation of the research,the content and methods of the research and the innovation points.Part II: Related concepts and theoretical foundations This paper mainly introduces some concepts and related theories about this study,including the theory of efficiency wage,Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs,the theory of's theory of expectation.The third part: the present situation of the reform of the performance salary of teachers in Yubei District of Chongqing.This paper mainly analyzes the performance wage policy and the implementation of the performance wage of rural ordinary high school teachers in Yubei District of Chongqing.Through the questionnaire survey,individual interview and so on,this paper expounds the present situation of the implementation of the reform of the performance salary of the ordinary middle school teachers in Yubei District of Chongqing,including the present situation of the basic composition of the school teachers,the satisfaction degree of the performance appraisal,the cognitive degree of the performance appraisal and the performance appraisal.nuclear feedback,etc.The fourth part: through the analysis of the present situation of the reform of the rural general high completion middle performance wage in Yubei district of Chongqing,based on consulting the relevant literature,the problems existing in the reform of the performance wage reform of the rural general high completion middle teachers in Yubei district of Chongqing are found.Part V:Reweight The countermeasures of the reform of the performance pay of teachers in the rural area of Yubei District of Chongqing City.Based on the experience and practice at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions for making reasonable performance appraisal scheme,flexible performance appraisal execution,and establishing timely and effective evaluation feedback mechanism.This paper aims at the problems existing in the current rural general high completion teachers performance pay policy,through the research of relevant theories,using literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on to investigate and analyze the implementation of the rural ordinary high completion teachers performance pay in Yubei District,Chongqing,and to investigate and analyze the implementation of teachers performance pay The capital reform puts forward reasonable suggestions,so that the rural ordinary high completion can give full play to the incentive role of performance pay,the enthusiasm of teachers to work,so as to ensure the stability and sustainable development of the rural ordinary high completion teachers.At the same time,it provides more scientific guidance for teachers' evaluation practices such as the payment of performance pay,teachers' rewards and punishments and promotion,teachers' professional development and so on.
