The centralized management system is one of the important leadership systems of the communist party of China,and it is an institutional arrangement adopted by the communist party of China to strengthen the leadership of the party.On the one hand,the party's leadership system and its system performance itself is an important indicator to measure its leadership level and governing ability;on the other hand,a reasonable and efficient leadership system can provide an endogenous driving force for the improvement of leadership level and governing ability.Therefore,we should reform and improve the leadership of the communist party of China is has the important significance of the topic,as the ruling communist party of China led the Chinese people has made a series of achievements,the leadership of the party in the process plays an important role,will stick to the centralized and unified leadership of the party in the first place,continuously push forward the development of the country.The centralized management system is the product of the change of the relationship between the party and the government in order to meet the need of the party to strengthen the overall leadership.This article adopts the research methods of historical institutionalism under centralized management system of the communist party of China to understand and analysis,by observing the process of historical development under centralized management system,learn the history of the system to generate the background,and to reveal its internal system to generate mechanism,seek the inner motive power of development and its logic,thus for the study of the communist party of China provide theoretical tools to manage system history development.In this paper,the research contents include: the first part of the introduction,this part from the research background,significance,status,methods,elaborates the four aspects,learn to manage system research selected topic reason,research value and research status at home and abroad,and the historical institutionalism as an important theoretical perspective of research to manage system and methodology.The second part mainly introduces the connotation of the centralized management system of the Communist Party of China,including the meaning,content and characteristics of the centralized management system.The third part,an overview of the communist party of China under centralized management system of historical development,including the formation,set up,times of failure,recovery and development period of the basic conditions of each historical stage,through to the communist party of China to manage a major event in the history change of institutions,looking for changes in the key nodes,so as to show clearly the under centralized management system of the communist party of China party under centralized management is analyzed on the basis the change course of the dynamic mechanism of institutional change.The fourth part reveals the operation mechanism of the centralized management system of the communist party of China,mainly from the operation of the organization arrangement and procedure to explain,through the operation of the centralized management system to understand the reasons for the effectiveness of the centralized management system.The fifth part summarizes the performance of the CPC's centralized management system and analyzes its role in the process of party and state construction.The sixth part,conclusion.This paper explains and summarizes the overall thinking and research findings,analyzes the main problems in the development of the centralized management system of the Communist Party of China and puts forward improvement measures.
