According to statistics,by the end of 2018,the total number of retired employees in China exceeded 100 million people,accounting for about one thirteenth of the total population of China.Retired employees,as a special group,have also received increasing attention from all walks of life.Retired workers from busy jobs leave,start a elderly leisure life,therefore,retired workers live mainly state change that prompted some retired employees in the psychological,physiological produced some problems,such as difficult to adapt to the transformation of social role,the shifting patterns of family life,interpersonal group changes,and lack of social support network,and then produce the bad feelings such as loneliness,isolation,all these problems will greatly influence the quality of life of retired workers,also determines the retired workers can fit into society."Retirement" does not mean retiring from the social arena,but rather starting a "new" social life as a new beginning.In this study,the author firstly elaborated the background,purpose and significance of the research,and sorted out the concepts,theories and domestic and foreign literature related to retired employees and re-socialization.Secondly,taking retired employees in a community in Changchun city as the research object,this paper takes the retired employees in a community in Changchun city as the research object,and analyzes the problems and difficulties encountered in the re-socialization process of retired employees by means of questionnaire survey and unstructured interview.Again,starting from the perspective of social work,group work method was applied to retired workers and social practice,using theory of needs,social support theory and cognitive behavior theory as the guidance,carry out to improve the life quality,retired workers promote retired employees self development,realize the retired workers better integrated into the social life of group activities;Finally,this paper summarizes the research on social work participation in the re-socialization of retired employees and gives Suggestions for the re-socialization of retired employees from different levels.Research results indicate that,in theory,need social support theory and under the guidance of the theory of cognitive behavior,group work method can help retired workers to adapt to changes in life style,complete social role transformation,alleviate adverse emotional and psychological gap and build a new social network,raise self value cognition and interpersonal skills.The author also hopes that this study can provide a new research perspective and direction for the re-socialization of retired employees and can be applied in practice.
