| As a valuable asset of the Party and the state,retired cadres of the army have been widely concerned by the society.The country attaches great importance to their living and political treatment,and the society gives them extensive attention.In 2018,the Ministry of Retired Military Affairs was established,which brings new opportunities and challenges to the resettlement of retired military personnel in China,and how to make the army leave retired cadres to better live in old age is the proposition of self-development and in-depth study of military rest service institutions.Serving the retired military cadres well is related to the social stability and the development of national defense.Along with the adjustment and reform of public institutions,the management functions of military rest service agencies have become weaker and weaker,and the nature of their services has increased.The traditional service management model does not meet the actual needs of current military rest cadres.Faced with such problems as the scattered residence of military cadres,the expansion of the age level,and the serious aging of the cadres,the intervention of social forces is urgently needed.Taking city Q as an example,the paper uses telephone questionnaires and seminars in the data collection process to show the actual status of military cadres.Through domestic and foreign comparisons and analysis of the experience of other cities in China,it summarizes commonalities,finds differences,and summarizes advanced Empirical approach.Cooperate with literature method,inductive and deductive method,scientifically use data analysis,and summarize practical measures.The thesis focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the single work mode of military rest service in Q City,insufficient personnel strength,backward infrastructure,insufficient socialization,etc.,combined with the practice of military rest service in Q City,in-depth understanding of the living conditions and real needs of military rest cadres.The dilemma faced by the military rest service center was analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward to improve the system and institution construction,strengthen the construction of digital information platform,and introduce social work and social resources to fundamentally solve the main problems hindering military rest service work. |
