Study On Countermeasures For The Leadership Promotion Of Grassroots Female Cadres

With the progress of society and the rise of the third wave of economic globalization,women have obtained broad career development prospects,and the number of grassroots female cadres has been increasing.Under the policy guidance of the party and the government,women's political status has been greatly improved,providing more driving force for promoting social development and the transformation of government functions.How to make good use of the gender advantage of grassroots female cadres,so that they can carry out bold innovation in relevant work,form a variety of rich working models,leadership concepts and management ideas,and constantly improve their ability to handle complex environment,so as to improve the leadership level of grassroots female cadres has become a problem worthy of attention.However,under the current circumstances,the training and development of female cadres at the grassroots level in China are greatly hindered due to the influence of individual factors,policy and system factors and social environment factors.In this regard,this paper studies the improvement of grassroots female cadres' leadership from three aspects: improving their comprehensive quality,strengthening legal system protection and creating good social conditions.
