The Research On The Politic Television Program Based On The Perspective Of Responsible Government

Responsible government is an ideal form of government,an inevitable result of the development of democratic politics,and an inevitable demand of a country ruled by law.Responsible government is not only a basic idea of modern democratic politics,but also an institutional arrangement for democratic control of the government.The construction of responsible government includes the construction of idea,ability and system.In the aspect of system construction,the mechanism of responsibility supervision and accountability is an important guarantee for the government to fulfill its responsibility actively.As a platform for direct interaction and communication among the three parties of "government-media-people",politic television program has become a phenomenon of political communication that can not be ignored in China.Politic television program is originated from the radio-accountability created at the end of last century.In the process of development,it has evolved three kinds of politic television program based on local governance,democratic consultation and democratic supervision: publicity interpretation,communication consultation and supervision accountability.Among them,the supervision accountability politic television program,as an innovative form of administrative accountability and social supervision,has been formed in all provinces(cities)of China It has a wide and continuous atmosphere of public participation and public opinion supervision.The main research content of this paper is to review the development foundation,development process and current situation of domestic politic television program.Through searching and combing the politic television program of all provinces(cities)one by one,this paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the overall situation of China's politic television program,and makes a typical case analysis of the politic television program of supervision,consultation,and propaganda.Based on the perspective of responsible government,this paper analyzes the effectiveness,existing problems and causes of politic television program,and puts forward suggestions for the improvement of politic television program based on the current background of the times.
