Investigation On The Government Service In Business Environment Of Chengdu Tianfu New District Free Trade Zone

Already in 41 years of reform and opening-up in China,along with the deepening of reform and development,a region or city GDP is linked to its business environment,optimize the business environment has been a important depending on the regional economic development,and enhance the vitality of a country or region economic effective means,and enterprises as an important economic subject,the stand or fall of its development is beacon in the development of a regional business environment.In this regard,the Chinese government is continuing to carry out the reform of streamlining administration,delegating power,strengthening regulation and improving services,optimizing a series of business policies aimed at providing services to enterprises,reducing institutional transaction costs,and piloting free trade zones across the country in an effort to make free trade zones the first to create a first-class and open business environment.At the same time,governments at all levels across the country are gradually transforming into "service-oriented governments".Among the numerous measures to improve the local business environment,government services are mainly optimized,and some difficult problems concerning enterprises are gradually being solved.The optimization of government service in the business environment in the new era has become a new content of the modernization of national governance and a new field of local government governance competition.Although China has made outstanding achievements in this respect,there is still a large gap between China and the great modern socialist country,and there are still many shortcomings in service resource allocation,service process,service efficiency and service quality in local governments at all levels.To this end,this paper selects chengdu tianfu new area free trade zone as the research object,with the purpose of discovering problems,analyzing problems,and proposing reasonable countermeasures to improve the government services in the business environment of chengdu tianfu new area free trade zone.The whole paper consists of the following parts.First,this paper discusses the background and significance of the research,collects and summarizes the domestic and foreign research on government services in the business environment,determines the theme and concept of this paper,and puts forward the theoretical basis and research ideas andmethods.Secondly,the purpose of the investigation and research is expounded,and combined with the policy documents and academic research,the investigation hypothesis of enterprise demand processing,government service function and government service capacity is put forward.Third,the survey design and implementation,including the survey methods,survey objects,as well as the questionnaire design and validity,survey implementation process.Then,it describes the survey results,including the questionnaire results and the interview results,and summarizes the survey data.Finally,the problems reflected in the survey results are refined and analyzed,and the final structure and the causes of the problems are put forward with three countermeasures and Suggestions.Second,in the aspect of service function,we should take the first-tier cities in China as the standard to make up for the shortcomings of service function.Third,in terms of service capability,the government service capability should be further strengthened with the guidance of efficiency and effect.
