Research On Tourism Administrative Law Enforcement In Prefecture-local Government

The tourism industry is a rising industry that has been the focus of development in China in recent years.The future development prospects are good and the development space is huge.With the rapid and sustained development of China's tourism industry,it is a huge challenge for China's tourism administrative law enforcement.Law enforcement in tourism administration is constantly evolving in order to better adapt to the new demands raised by tourism development.However,the gap between the two is still very serious,and tourism administrative law enforcement still faces severe challenges.With the emphasis on the development of the tourism industry,more research has been conducted on the issue of tourism administrative law enforcement,in an attempt to make breakthroughs in theoretical research,and to provide better guidance and assistance for tourism administrative law enforcement.Although the research in this area has achieved good practical results,there are still many deficiencies in research.Although tourism administrative law enforcement has developed rapidly,it still faces many problems.This article uses research methods such as documentary data method,case study method,theory combined with practical method,field investigation method,etc.,through an empirical investigation on the current situation and problems of local government tourismadministrative law enforcement,it is found that there is a lack of legal protection and tourism administration in tourism administrative law enforcement.Enforcement of law enforcement bodies is severely inadequate,tourism administration law enforcement laws and regulations are inadequately operable,confusion of powers and responsibilities of tourism law enforcement agencies and sudden horizontal problems,and incomplete and unsmooth tourism administration law enforcement supervision systems are proposed.Suggestions on improving the administrative law enforcement of tourism,including the supply of law enforcement laws,improving and innovating the tourism administrative law enforcement model,and building a comprehensive tourism law enforcement mechanism.
