A Study On The Government Functions In The Global Tourism Development Of Xinzhou City,Shanxi Province

With the in-depth advancement of building a well-off society in an all-round way,people's living standards have been greatly improved,tourism consumption has been rapidly released,and the tourism industry has ushered in a period of vigorous development.Global tourism,as a new development concept and model that promotes coordinated economic and social development with tourism,breaks the traditional pattern of tourism and realizes the full-scale,comprehensive,and regional linkage of the tourism industry.On the one hand,it better adapts to the market Demand,on the other hand,better meets the needs of tourists.Xinzhou,Shanxi Province has convenient transportation,rich tourism resources,and profound cultural heritage.In 2016,it was identified as the second batch of national comprehensive tourism demonstration zone founders.However,due to the uneven development of tourism resources in the region,the failure of public services to keep up,and the lack of market supervision,the current development process of tourism in Xinzhou is still relatively slow.How to speed up the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry in Xinzhou and build a new tourism development pattern has become the main problem that the current government needs to solve.This paper uses the literature research method and the comparative research method to combine theory with practice.It studies the positioning and role of Xinzhou government in promoting the global tourism process.It finds out some existing problems,including the integrationof tourism resources.Low rates,inadequate industrial integration,insufficient public service supply,shortcomings in market supervision,and inadequate marketing and publicity.The main reasons are that the government's leading role has not been fully exerted,the co-construction and sharing model has not yet been established,and tourism investment in the entire region has been restored.Not in place,the market supervision and management system is not yet perfect,and brand marketing promotion and guidance are lacking in innovation.By drawing on the experience of government functions in the development of Cinque Terre and Zhongwei in Ningxia,a comprehensive government function in the development of global tourism is proposed.Five suggestions: create full-experience tourism products,promote the integration of fully chained industries,improve full coverage of public services,optimize all-round guarantee mechanisms,and strengthen omni-channel brand marketing.
