Motivation,Restriction And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Network Governance

With the rapid development of China's economy and culture,China's social structure has undergone fundamental changes.The construction of urban community has also entered the stage of rapid development,urban community has been given new life,the traditional urban community governance mode is no longer suitable for modern urban community,urban community governance is facing many challenges.In this process,the relationship between the government and the community has also undergone subtle changes.The leading management of the government has not been able to meet the diversified development of modern urban communities.How to form a new type of urban community network governance model of government,community neighborhood committee,community citizens and community non-profit organizations to jointly manage and win-win cooperation has become a hot topic.Urban community network governance is a new governance mode of establishing public-private partnership with consistent governance objectives and mutual trust at the community level.In this mode,the governance subjects form a network and the governance information exchange is relatively smooth.This paper first introduces the related concepts and development process of urban community network governance,introduces the motivation of urban community network governance,and based on the actual situation of urban community governance,analyzes the dilemma of Urban Community Network Governance: the problems existing in the grass-roots government;the relatively limited governance capacity of the Community Housing Committee;the relative lack of community residents' participation;the development of community non-profit organizations The dilemma of exhibition and the reasons.At the same time,according to the urban community governance environment in China,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: strengthen the behavior construction of service-oriented grass-roots government;improve the service ability of community neighborhood committee;ensure to optimize the self ability of non-profit organizations in the community to participate in community governance;cultivate community residents to participate in community network governance.In order to provide some reference for the reform and innovation of urban community governance system in China.
