The Research Of Promoting The Public Security Agency's Window Services In County Level

Window services have increasingly been the focus of constructing the public security agency,especially after introducing the actor of being a service-oriented government,whether the public is content with the window unit service or not has become a vital concentration among citizens and the public security agency.Encountering the stricter and higher requirements from the government and the public,Window services of the public security agency still exist some drawbacks.This thesis sets the public security agency in Ningyuan county,Yongzhou as an example,applying questionnaire survey to investigate the practical situation of the public security agency's Window services in Ningyuan county.Yongzhou and analyzing current circumstances of the public security agency's window services in Ningyuan county.Based on the understanding of service-oriented government theory,This thesis combine it with the elaboration of policing function.Then,using the evidence from the result of questionnaire survey about the public security agency in Ningyuan county,Yongzhou,after analyzing the causes,This thesis put forward some strategies to enhance the window services of the public security agency in Ningyuan county,Yongzhou.In detail,the content of this thesis mainly contains three aspects:(1)The first and second chapters of the article are mainly elaborated on the social background and theoretical basis of the project.The article focuses on the relevant theories of service-oriented government and police service functions.The relevant research on service-oriented government and police service functions at home and abroad has also been comprehensively described in this article.(2)In the third and fourth chapters of this paper,on the basis of the questionnaire survey,it takes the staff of the public security agency window in Ningyuan County,Yongzhou City,and the people who come to settle their affairs at the window as target and investigates the window service situation of the public security agency in Ningyuan County,Yongzhou City.It summarizes the problems existing in the window service of public security agency in Ningyuan County,Yongzhou City and analyzes the causes of actual problems.(3)In the fifth chapter of this article,with the aim of improving the window service level of the public security organs in Ningyuan County,Yongzhou City,the author puts forward suggestions for improvement from four aspects combined with the survey results of the window service of public security organs in Ningyuan County,Yongzhou City.That is,to improve the quality of window service personnel,build a window omnipotent service model,improve the incentive mechanism,and increase the construction of e-government,so as to make the people feel the government's purpose of servicing people in the window service.
