With the accelerated development of China's aging population,urban and rural pension services are facing great pressure.Social pension problem is also one of the important problems that China continues to solve.The service industry for the aged has dual characteristics,which is both technology intensive and labor intensive.Because of the dual attributes of pension service industry,its development can not only guide the development of consumer industry,but also stimulate the reform of consumer industry,and then provide important support for the transformation and upgrading of China's economy.The "Internet +" mode,which is known as the intellectualization of social services,can provide various services for the elderly."Internet plus pension" insists on adhering to the Internet concept of openness,convenience and sharing,and integrates information science and technology,Internet thinking,AI technology and home care service mechanism.If we are able to achieve the new pension mode relying on "Internet +",we can truly ensure that old age,old age and happiness can really enhance the sense of belonging and happiness of the elderly.Therefore,it has become an inevitable trend to promote the integrated development of modern social pension and Internet.BM company adopts new concepts such as cloud computing,big data,Internet of things,etc.to integrate with traditional pension services and strive to develop the huge potential of pension market.In this paper,the basic situation of BM company is neutral,and the macro environment of BM company is deeply analyzed combining with economic,political,social,technical and other factors;then based on the SWOT analysis method,the market competition of BM company is analyzed,and the marketing strategy of BM company is put forward.The analysis of macro environment and market competition situation is to make BM company understand its own environment more clearly and lay an environmental foundation for making correct marketing strategy.In the future,BM company needs to further refine the marketing subject on the basis of adhering to the overall marketing strategy.According to the different business contents,the marketing subjects are divided into merchants,target groups and pension institutions.Based on three different marketing subjects,the company needs to optimize the marketing strategies from four parts: products,prices,promotions and channels.Only by refining the marketing subjects and formulating their own marketing strategies in detail can BM company expand its market scale and make its business bigger and stronger in the future.
