Social Worker Intervention Research On The Safety Of Migrant Children In Urban Villages

Since the reform and opening up,a large number of floating populations have flowed into cities,which has spawned a new group-floating children.As a special group that is most easily overlooked,floating children currently face huge challenges in life and learning in cities The issues of survival,integration,and safety in cities have always been the focus of attention from all walks of life and the media.In recent years,due to the frequent occurrence of migrant children's safety accidents,people's attention to migrant children has increased,and at the same time,the importance of migrant children' s safety issues has been deepenedDuring my summer internship at Shenzhen L Institution,I was mainly in contact with migrant children-related projects.During this period,I participated in the sub-project of the institution's brand project——Safety Knowledge Summer Camp,and was responsible for part of the project's planning and publicity work..This article relies on the summer camp project that the author participated in.Based on the professional perspective of social work,the author used questionnaires and interviews to collect information on the migrant children in village F in the early stage of the project to fully understand the safety needs of migrant children in village F,and Based on this,a practical activity plan is designed,and activities are carried out in the form of group work.The theme of the activity involves five series of activities including home(electricity)safety,traffic safety,campus safety,sexual safety,and public place safety.From different levels and with different forms,the safety awareness of migrant children in village L has been raisedThis article focuses on the research of social workers' involvement in the safety of migrant children in Village F,and divides it into five chapters to elaborate.The content of the first chapter mainly includes:the in-depth discussion of the research origin and purpose of this article,and the compilation of domestic and foreign literature reviews as a reference,the definition of keywords in this article,and the introduction of the theoretical support used in this article.The main content of the second chapter is the project introduction of the safety issues of migrant children in village F,including the introduction of institutions,the analysis of the basic situation and safety issues of migrant children in village F,and the safety needs of migrant children in the village are learned through visits and questionnaires.,Designed the project plan and activity process;the main content of the third chapter is the summer camp project activity process and project effectiveness evaluation analysis.The summer camp project is mainly divided into five themed activities,detailed process introduction in this chapter;The fourth chapter is mainly the analysis of the problems and causes in the process of the project;the fifth chapter is the activity reflection and experience summary based on the analysis of the effects and problems of the activityThe activity project involving migrant children in village F through summer camps was more successful overall,and it had a positive effect on cultivating the safety awareness and safety ability of migrant children in village F.The content of the activity itself was novel in design and rich in levels,but due to The limitations of resources and social workers'professionalism are not obvious.This group activity also has obvious deficiencies The social worker's intervention method is relatively simple,and the activity details and activity time planning are also unreasonable.Some theme activities did not meet expectations due to various reasons.At the end of the article,the author also summarized the experience and shortcomings of this activity,and put forward his own suggestions,hoping to provide some materials for the study of the safety of migrant children in urban villages.
