At the beginning of the 21 st century,with the advent of the Internet,the overall scale of China 's online shopping and the online shopping community have gradually expanded,and the transaction models under the e-commerce environment have become more and more diversified.The problems caused by the predicament are also haunting the development of e-commerce economy.Today,more traditional enterprises have to choose new sales concepts and sales methods in order to open up the market and seek more diversified sales channels.Online sales is an inevitable part of it,and it can provide businesses with more convenience.Sales channels,broader market space.Compared with the traditional sales model,e-commerce provides merchants with a wider market and faster and more convenient trading conditions.What follows is that the new sales model is caused by the inequality of information,capabilities,and resources between the two parties in the transaction.Consumer protection issues.Based on this,China introduced the concept of the right of consumers to regret in the revised Consumer Rights Protection Law in 2013,which aims to protect consumer rights,especially in the "off-site shopping model".The protection of consumer rights and interests provides more solid and comprehensive protection and protection.Among the various off-site shopping models,online shopping is the shopping model with the widest coverage and the most concentrated conflicts involving consumers' right to regret.At present,the online shopping consumer's right to regret is still in its initial stage of development in China.Although it has taken a valuable step,there are still many difficulties in application,which hinders the true right of the regret system.Play its part.In addition,on January 6,2017,the State Administration for Industry and Commerce issued the "Interim Measures for Seven-day Unreasonable Returns for Online Purchases of Goods",which further clarified the application of the right to regret for online shopping consumers based on the "New Consumer Law".Unreasonable return scope,cleardefinition of product integrity standards,and increased online merchant and platform responsibility.Provides detailed specifications for the application of the consumer's right of remorse in the field of online shopping.Based on the context of online shopping,this article discusses the problems encountered in the application of online shopping consumers' right of remorse and its resolution.Due to the lack of clarity on the applicable subject,applicable conditions,and applicable objects of the current legislation,it is difficult for online shopping consumers to play their intended role.Therefore,this article analyzes the above issues from the perspective of concept definition,applicable conditions,applicable dilemmas,and the application of special categories of goods.Based on the concept and background of the right of remorse,it is urgently needed to apply the right of remorse to online shopping consumers.Comprehensively sort out the major issues to be resolved,analyze the current related hotspot phenomena,appropriately expand the scope of analysis of the consumer's right of remorse in online shopping,refine the research object,and integrate the theory and practice of China in light of China's specific national conditions.Diversify the confusion of the application of online shopping consumers' right of remorse.
