| With China's reform and opening up,Chinese and foreigners are entering and leaving the country more frequently with the total number increasing year by year.What follows is that,the entry and exit administration tasks become more and more complicated along with the management situation becomes increasingly complex.Therefore,how to improve refined management and the service quality,has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to better meet the new requirements of exit and entry management and service in the new era,China's exit and entry management system has undergone major reforms since 2013.The “Exit and entry administration act” was officially implemented on July 1,2013.The new law emphasizes the transformation of exit and entry administration to both service and management,and combines management with service.However,as the entry and exit is an administrative unit and a non-profit institution,so it has insufficient awareness of improving service performance and relevant experience.In the current environment,the author,as a staff member of the exit and entry window unit of the public security bureau,feels that it is particularly important to guarantee and improve the service performance while doing fine in the basic management of the window unit.Therefore,this paper attempts to put forward a comprehensive service performance evaluation system for entry and exit window units to provide reference for relevant units.As a unit of municipal public security bureau,the exit and entry window of A city plays a connecting role.The author selects exit and entry window units of the public security bureau in A city as the research object,which can not only intuitively contact with the service objects and understand the heavy dependence of their needs,but also be transmitted to the public,thus becoming a link between the exit and entry administration bureau of the public security department and exit and entry units at the county level.Taking the entry-exit management detachment of a municipal public security bureau as an example,this paper studies the service performance evaluation system of the entry-exit window units.The purpose is to improve the management and service level of the entry-exit management detachment of a municipal public security bureau through the service performance evaluation of the entry-exit window units,and to provide reference for the entry-exit management departments of other cities.The introduction part of this paper mainly introduces the research background,research ideas,methods and structure arrangement,innovation and shortcomings.The main text is divided into five parts.Firstly,the basic concepts and theoretical basis are introduced.Next,the related policies of exit and entry administration and window service are reviewed.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of public security exit and entry service in A city,an objective,comprehensive and reasonable comprehensive evaluation system of public security exit and entry service performance is constructed from service facilities,service capacity,service efficiency,public satisfaction and employee satisfaction.In this article,through questionnaire survey and interviews,the facilities,ability,efficiency and satisfaction data are collected.Finally,using the evaluation system proposed in this article,the comprehensive service performance of A city public security exit and entry window units is evaluated.It can be find from the evaluation results that,on the whole aspect it can reach the expected level.However,there are still some problems in service facilities,and employee satisfaction.The respondents and staff put forward a series of opinions and suggestions on improving service efficiency and innovative service of exit and entry window service in A city.Then,combined with the above analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the service performance of entry-exit window units from five dimensions.In the final part,the innovation and deficiency of this paper are illustrated. |
