Study On The Implementation Of Community Livelihood Volunteer Policy For College Graduates In Baotou City,Inner Mongolia

Employment is the top priority for people's livelihood,and college graduates are valuable resources for the country.In recent years,with the increasing number of college graduates and the increasingly grim employment situation,there are serious structural contradictions in the job market.In order to effectively promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates,Inner Mongolia began to implement the community livelihood volunteer policy for college graduates in 2009,guiding and encouraging college students to work in grassroots communities and engage in employment and social security-related work.The way of government purchasing service not only broadens the employment channel of college graduates,but also strengthens the construction of the talent team in the grass-roots community.In this paper,in the backdrop of the college graduates employment problem,through to the baotou "college graduates community volunteer service plan" of the people's livelihood of policy research,combined with the objective requirement of the development of college students themselves,the 500 "people's livelihood community" is based on a questionnaire survey of the college students and 100 unit of choose and employ persons,adhere to the problem oriented,analyzes its reason,the people's livelihood community should be definite orientation,strengthen the training management,perfect service mechanism,expand the employment space,college graduates for the future community volunteers policy development to provide the reference basis of the people's livelihood,in order to more accurately with limited government resources,We will more effectively encourage and guide college students to participate in community-level service projects and provide them with employment opportunities.
